Root Canal Dacula GA

A root canal is an endodontic treatment that involves the removal of infections from the teeth in order to prevent future infections. The root canal is a hollow portion of the tooth that contains nerve tissue, blood vessels, and other cells known as pulp. The tooth includes roots as well as a crown. The crown is located above the gum, whereas the roots are located below, where they connect to the jawbone. Because we have enthusiastic and devoted specialists that solely concentrate on our patient's dental wellbeing, you will have excellent treatment options at our [[[CLIENTEX:PracticeName]] clinic. It is critical to locate experienced professionals who can provide appropriate care and therapy. In this manner, you may begin the road toward optimal oral health for a healthy lifestyle.

Cleaning the Root Canals

During the root canal treatment, the dentist removes everything from the root canal. When the dentist performs the root canal procedure, you will be sedated. A tiny hole is made on the tooth's surface, and all of the infected pulp is removed using small files.

The Filling procedure

The next step is the cleaning and sculpting of the canal using tiny files, and the dentist will disinfect it. To fully cement and seal the canal, a rubber-like material is used. Following removal of the diseased pulp, the tooth will have no pain or sensitivity.

Crowning or filling

When there is no pulp, the tooth obtains nutrition through the ligament that connects the tooth to the bone. The tooth becomes stronger once a filling or dental crown is placed. Root canal treatment will treat your cavities, which cause tooth degradation. To prevent cavities in the future, avoid eating sugary or acidic foods, which may erode the enamel of your teeth and cause decay.

Request Root Canal Treatment

It is important to keep your gums and teeth healthy, through regular brushing and flossing. If you do suspect a dental infection, be sure to schedule an appointment with us. We do not want dental infections to spread, as they may lead to more serious illnesses and issues, such as tooth extraction, in the long run.

If you have any questions, please contact us at (678) 802-8654. You will meet with our root canal dentist who will explain in detail what the procedure comprises and what you must do to maintain your oral health. Our main goal is to help you maintain your oral hygiene. We will teach you how to prevent dental cavities and how to care for your teeth after root canal treatment.
