Scheduling


Over the last three years we have started 90% of our patient appointments either prior to their appointment time or within 10 minutes of their appointment time. Imagine that! A doctor’s office that is conscientious of your time. Lanier Valley Dentistry will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible so that you can be seen, evaluated, treated and on your way. We do not pack our schedule like an airline. That being said, we ask that each patient to be on time, let us know if there is any chance that they might not make their appointment, and give us at least 48 hours so that we can offer the appointment to someone that is in need of dental treatment. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We do our very best to remind you of your appointment in advance by sending an email and a text message in advance of your appointment. However, the day appointments are scheduled, they are considered confirmed with our office and become your responsibility to show up. We highly respect your time, so we will work hard to care for your dental needs promptly and efficiently. When you reserve a time with one of our dentist, our staff and our facilities are reserved especially for you. A lot of time and effort goes into preparing a clean and sterile environment for your visit. By providing a 48 hour notice of a cancellation will keep you from any fees being added to your account.
